What we do at CoHo Athletics

CONSTANT VARIATION

 

 Different every day, our strength and conditioning workouts are tailored to your ability.  

Functional Movements

Functional movements are something you perform every day: picking up laundry, walking up the stairs,  or reaching to the top shelf. Our small group Adult fitness classes take these everyday movements and leverage them in a workout.

Relative Intensity

 In our workouts, intensity levels are adjusted to challenge the individual and safely improve fitness.
